To fully enjoy the practice, please note the following:

  • The weekly Kundalini Yoga practice is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience in yoga or Kundalini Yoga, but it is important to mention any relevant medical conditions or medical recommendations when signing up so that we can tailor the practice to suit your situation. Failure to mention any relevant medical condition is at your own risk.
  • Avoid eating at least an hour before class.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Try toarrive 10 minutes early to allow time to change and sit down.
  • We have lockers, as well as mattresses, pillows and blankets available in the space, but you are welcome to bring your own personal items if you wish.
  • Bring a bottle of water.

Registration, booking confirmation and payment

  • Participation is by pre-registration only.
  • The place is confirmed by payment of participation within 48h of booking.
  • Payment can only be made by link or bank transfer and payment details are sent after registration.

Contract withdrawal

If, for personal reasons, you wish to withdraw after the fee has been paid, please let us know in writing at reimagine@reimagine.ro, in which case the following rules will apply :

  • If the withdrawal request is emailed within 10 calendar days before the actual start of the session, the full amount paid will be refunded. The money will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days from the date of notification, by the same payment method.
  • If you wish to withdraw within less than 10 calendar days before the actual start of the session, including the day of the session, the amount paid cannot be refunded and will be retained in full by the organizer.
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness), a full refund of the amount paid may be requested, subject to the submission of supporting documents. The organizer is entitled to decide unilaterally on a case-by-case basis whether the amount is refunded to the participant.

Processing of personal data

The organizer collects only the personal data necessary for communication and billing purposes (name, surname, county/sector, city, telephone, email), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

By e-mail reimagine@reimagine.ro of the registration request and payment of the session, the participants confirm that they are aware of the conditions of participation as presented above.
