Practice Kundalini Yoga with Monica

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice, also known as the “Yoga of Awareness.” It combines physical movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and mantra to harmonize the body, mind, and energy system.

The practice aims to awaken and circulate vital energy—called Kundalini—symbolically described as a latent energy at the base of the spine, which, when activated in a conscious and balanced way, supports mental clarity, vitality, and a deep state of inner balance.

Unlike forms of yoga centered exclusively on physical postures, Kundalini Yoga is a practice that integrates breathing exercises (Pranayam), physical movement (kriya), and mantra meditation, working simultaneously on the nervous system, endocrine system, breath, mind, and emotional state.
