HOW TO ORDER
Search for the desired product in the “Shop” section of the website.
Add the desired products to the shopping cart by clicking on “Add to cart” button.

Check your order
After adding each product, you can review the list of products in the cart, update the quantity or remove one or all products in the cart by clicking on “View cart” button.

Invoicing details and order delivery
After adding the desired products to the cart, you must select the invoicing details and the desired payment method.
Remember to read the Terms and Conditions of REimagine before placing the order.
The final step to place the order is the “Place order” button. Shortly after pressing this button, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order registration.

Track your order
Once you registered your order, you can track its status from your customer account, in “My orders” section.
The orders registered on the website by 1:00 PM will be processed during the same day and the orders registered after 1:00 PM will be processed during the next business day.
In the case of a large number of orders, REimagine reserves the right to process them within maximum 3 business days.

HOW TO PAY

1. Bank Card
Select the payment method “Online by bank card”, click on “Place order” button, fill in your card data in the new window, EuPlătesc.ro, and click on “Pay” button. Some payments may not require authorization, based on the specific nature of the transaction. The transaction is to be confirmed by e-mail, at the address associated with your REimagine account. If the payment is not authorized, you will receive a message to try again. The accepted cards are those issued with VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code). If the card is linked to an account in a currency other than RON, the transactions are made in RON at the exchange rate of the bank that issued the card. The processing of card data is performed exclusively through EuPlătesc.ro. REimagine does not request nor store details about your card.

2. Cash on delivery
The payment is made in RON, in full, upon delivery by courier.

DELIVERY MODALITIES
Delivery by courier
The delivery is free of charge for orders amounting to at least 450 RON. For orders amounting to less than 450 RON, a transport fee of 20,00 RON (VAT included) applies if you opt for online payment by card. For the payment of the orders with cash on delivery, 7 RON (VAT included) is added to the transport fee.

RETURN CONDITIONS
If a product bought from REimagine is to be returned, this can be done free of charge within 30 calendar days from the time of delivery/reception. No later than the 30th calendar day following the date of delivery/reception:
1. 1. send to the following e-mail address reimagine@reimagine.ro the request to return the product along with the order number and the bank details of the buyer.
2. 2. You shall send the product by courier to the address indicated by REimagine with the cost of transport borne by the Buyer.

The refund of the paid amount shall be made only by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Buyer, no later than 3 days after the date on which REimagine receives the returned product, but not more than 14 calendar days from the moment when REimagine is informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
The 30-day return service does not affect the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance trade, but it complements it.
General conditions for the return of products sold by REimagine:
The products you return must be in the same condition in which they were when they were received. The return shall be made with the original labels intact and all documents with which the product was delivered. The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered. If you bought more products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products shall only be accepted if they are sealed. The products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those which show signs of excessive wear or use, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical/electrical shock, products lacking accessories are not acceptable. If the return shipment contains products that are different from the ones on the completed form, after verification of the package by the courier, the take-over will be refused.
