Practice Kundalini Yoga with Monica

Kundalini Yoga is aspiritual practice, also known as the “Yoga of Awareness.” It combines physical movement, mindful breathing, meditation, and mantras to harmonize the body, mind, and energy system.

The practice aims to awaken and circulate the vital energy—known as Kundalini — symbolically described as a latent energy at the base of the spine, which, when consciously and harmoniously activated, fosters mental clarity, vitality, and a profound state of inner balance.

Unlike forms of yoga that focus exclusively on physical postures, Kundalini Yoga is a practice that integrates breathing exercises (Pranayama), physical movement (kriya), and mantra meditation, working simultaneously on the nervous system, the endocrine system, breathing, the mind, and emotional well-being.
